We use information to run the store, prepare and respond to your order, manage stock and promotions, prevent fraud, protect accounts, and meet legal or accounting duties. Analytics and advertising measurement are used only when you allow them.

Necessary storage keeps the cart, language, privacy choice, and security features working. Analytics and marketing are optional, and refusing them does not disable WhatsApp ordering.

You can change your choice at any time through Privacy settings in the site footer. The privacy choice is kept for up to 180 days, language for up to one year, and the cart stays locally until it is cleared or browser storage is removed. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, marketing remains off.

Information may reach hosting and technology providers that help operate the store, WhatsApp when you choose to open a conversation, and Meta when measurement is configured and you have given the relevant permission.

We may also disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store, rights, or security. A provider’s processing is also governed by its contract and its own privacy policy.

A presence signal is considered active for only a few seconds, and old presence rows are automatically cleaned up within one day. The system does not apply one automatic deletion period to other customer records. The owner should review those records and keep them only for as long as reasonably needed to fulfil orders, support customers, manage records and inventory, prevent fraud, and satisfy legal or accounting duties, then delete or de-identify them when they are no longer required.

Depending on applicable law, you may ask what information is held about you, receive a copy, correct it, delete it, or object to some uses. You may withdraw analytics or marketing consent at any time without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Appropriate technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no transmission or storage method can guarantee complete security. Service providers may process information in other countries using safeguards required by applicable law.

The store is intended for people who can lawfully request a purchase. Minors should use it with a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian may contact the store to review or remove information submitted inappropriately by a child.

This policy may change when store features or legal requirements change. The updated version and date will be published here, and fresh consent will be requested when applicable law requires it.
